Introducing Custom Ministry Areas, Branding, Updated Reporting, and New Library Videos
Today we’re excited to announce a few updates to TrainedUp. Our team has been hard at work building out features based on the feedback of our incredible customers.
Ministry Area Grouping
First up, we’ve added learner grouping to our advanced user management feature. This update allows you to create custom groups to help you better sort through your people when enrolling them in courses and viewing reports. You can create these new groups to be whatever makes sense for your church like Greeters, Ushers, Worship Team, etc.
This means that you can now easily see who needs to be enrolled in a course by sorting by your ministry areas and enroll them with a click. No more searching through pages of learners trying to figure out who is missing. We’ve also added in the ability to search for a learner in the enroll window to make your life even easier. This feature is available on the Standard Plan and above.
Custom Branding
Next up is customized branding! You can now add your church’s logo to your TrainedUp account just in case your people forgot what it looked like. 🙂 On a serious note, this is a small but important improvement to make TrainedUp fit better into your church’s overall brand. This feature is available on the Standard Plan and above.
Reporting for All Leaders
We’ve released an update to enable the reports view for all leaders. Previously, this view was only accessible by account owners. Now, all leaders can view reports for courses they lead in the reports tab. This feature is available on all plans.
New Library Training Videos For Ushers
We add new videos to the TrainedUp library every month. This month we’re excited to roll out a new course for ushers featuring eight videos to get your usher team up to speed on best practices. The new course is available in the TrainedUp library for all plans.
Affiliate Program
Lastly, we’ve launched an affiliate program that is available to anyone! Now, you can earn a 10% recurring commission for every person that you refer to TrainedUp. You can learn more and sign up here.
