Free Volunteer Training Videos from TrainedUp

At TrainedUp, we’re passionate about helping the Church equip the saints for ministry. In our three year history, we’ve helped thousands of church leaders train tens of thousands of volunteers. We love being able to walk alongside so many churches to further the Gospel.

Today, as part of our mission to help the Church, we’re giving back. We’re created four FREE training courses that anyone can use. Each course features three to four videos featuring tips, insights, and best practices to help your volunteers thrive.

We’ve made these courses available outside of the TrainedUp platform to make them as easy to find and open as possible. There are no logins and anyone can access these videos completely free of charge. An index of our free courses is available here.

The Four Courses

  • Small Group Leader Training
Equipping small group leaders to become great disciple makers is no easy task. These leaders do life with the members of your church as they navigate how to live out their faith in their everyday lives. This course will help your small group leaders to learn some best practices and tips to help them lead their groups well.
  • Greeter Training
Greeters are on the front-lines of ensuring that new guests feel welcomed and at home. The majority of first time guests make a decision on whether or not to return within the first five minutes of arriving at your church. This course will help your greeters put their best foot forward when serving.
  • Youth Ministry Training
Youth ministry volunteers serve alongside teenagers in some of their most vulnerable years. It’s no secret that youth ministry is hard, but it’s also incredibly rewarding. This course will help your youth volunteers feel equipped to serve students well throughout all the ups and downs.
  • Children’s Ministry Training
Your children’s ministry volunteers have one of the toughest and most rewarding jobs in ministry. Most Christians make a decision to follow Jesus before their 13th birthday, making kid’s ministry one of the most important ministries in the church. This course will help to train your team to make a huge impact!

These courses are designed to help you equip your people for the work of ministry and are our gift to you. We thank you for all that you do to further the Kingdom of God and we’re honored to be able to walk alongside you. ]]>
