How to get receipts for past payments

We send payment receipts to the primary account holder on your ServeHQ account. That’s usually the person who originally signed up for an account. If you need a past receipt, contact us via the support form. If we’re not available, please provide your email and the month for which you need a receipt.

We are planning to provide quick access to past receipts within the application, but until then receipts will be provided via support by request.
